It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Stephen Dumes of Newnan, Georgia, born in Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Dumes and Evelyn Swimmer; his sister Denise Conrad; and his stepmother Rose Evelynn Aldridge Dumes. He is survived by: his wife Linda Saunders Dumes; his daughters, Heidi Jackson (Kyle) and Kimberly Dumes; his grandchildren, Kendall Jackson, Conner Jackson, Gavin Davis and Garrett Davis; and his brothers, Ricky Dumes and Randy Dumes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
