He is survived by: his children, Michael Christopher "Chris" Wood (Melodie) of Opelika, AL and Kimberly "Kym" Michelle Wood of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Kenna Elizabeth, Jacob Tyler and Harper Riley; his siblings, Mary Lucia "Sue" Wood Serian (Tom), Kelli O'Connell and Howard T Wood, Jr. (Ellen); and his family, Lisa Allen, Troy Howard, Billy Newsom, Nicole Duncan and Eli Shelnut.
