He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Shaw and Pauline Shaw; and his son Michael Mccarty. He is survived by: his wife Janet Mccarty; his sons, Nick Mccarty (Marisa) of Rowlett, TX and Grant Mccarty (Alicia) of Colorado Springs, CO; his siblings, Jerry Mccarty (Marge) of Arizona and Phyllis of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Jenny Bland (Jeremiah) and Nick Mccarty Jr. (Michelle); and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Nick III, Kinsley, Brooke and Ellaina.
