She was predeceased by: her former husband Burrell Elder; her husband Jack Hancock; her daughter Jeanine Elder; and her sister Evelyn Higdon. She is survived by: her son James Elder (Trudy) of Cullman, AL; her brother Harry White, Jr.; her grandchildren, Mark Elder (Jennifer) and Elisha Burdette (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Anna Grace Elder, Cody Ayers and Alyssa Ayers.
