He is survived by: his brother Abel Garcia of Texas; his child Bobbie Gracie of Seattle; his stepson Sam Adams; his daughter-in-law RoxAnn Gann of Jackson; and his stepson Jonathan Adams of Florida. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
