She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis David Edmonds and Cora Geneva Whalen; her husband Ronald Charles Cheek; her stepfather Richard Whalen; her brother David Leon Edmonds; and her son-in-law Jimmy Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Cheek (Angela) and Lisa Farmborough (Mickey); her grandchildren, Kandy Smith (Josh), Tori Johnson and David Charles Cheek; and her great grandchildren, Khloe Smith, Lincoln Smith, Brynleigh Smith and Ethan Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Faye's honor may be made to Crawford Pentecostal Church Building Fund at P.O. Box 239 Crawford, GA 30630.
