He is survived by: his wife Cathleen Couch; his children, Cynthia Kennedy (Matthew) and Lee Couch; his siblings, Karen Napier (Billy), Kay Chumbley (Larry), Terry Couch (Marsha), Robert Couch (Anita) and Jimmy Couch; and his grandchildren, London Couch, Gracen Couch and Vincent Kennedy.
