He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Clifford Manning and Gladys Reynolds Manning; his son Chris Robin Manning; and his siblings, Louise Merchant, Evelyn Adams, Vivian Taylor, Dorothy Morgan, Ann Sellers, Robert Manning and Jack Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Manning; his daughter Marlo Smith (Casey); his grandchildren, Cassie Brown (Matt), Sierra Brooks (Holden), Jacob Smith (Rachel), Chase Manning, Hannah Wood (Trey) and Austin Manning; and his brother Donald Manning. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Joe has requested that donations be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
