He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Glen McWaters and Lucile Burnham McWaters; his children, Timothy Lee Allen and Deborah Haynes; and his siblings, Frankie Lee Chaffin, Mattie Mae McLeod and Wayne McWaters.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn McWaters; his sons, Pete Allen (Lorrie) and Glenn McWaters (Kacie); his siblings, James McWaters and Betty Phillips; his grandchildren, Kasey Waller (Dave), Kimberly Caston and Walter McWaters; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Waller, Finley Waller and Asher Caston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
