He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bailey Summer and Julia Bridges Summer; and his brother Mike Summer. He is survived by: his wife Letitia Couch Summer; his children, Melissa Summer Gahring and Will Summer; his grandson Jackson Gahring; his brother Tommy Summer (Robin); and his sister-in-law Linda Summer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
