He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lanier; his daughters, Robin Burgess (Jeff Burgess) and Vicki Price (Dennis Price); his grandchildren, Kristen Carden, Jamie Davis (Mason Davis), Courtney Shelnut (Troy Shellnut), Nicholas Burgess (Kara Burgess) and Lindsey Collins (Andrew Collins); and his great grandchildren, Skyler Lanave (Joesph Lanave), Nora Creswell, Lyla Shelnut, Brylee Collins, Preston Davis, Aspen Collins, Holland Burgess, Aurora Davis, Amelia Burgess and Sadie James Collins. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
