He is survived by: his sons, Jeff McDaniel of Newnan and Chris McDaniel (Dawn) of Acworth; his grandchildren, Laura McDaniel of Newnan, Charlie McDaniel of Newnan, Abby McDaniel of Newnan and Austin McKeehan (Brittnie) of Temple; and his pet Jessie. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
