He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyce Howard and Vessie Mae McClain Howard; his wife Patricia Jones Howard; and his siblings, Jimmy Howard, Johnny Howard, Bobby Howard and Geraldine Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Craig Howard (Julie) of LaGrange, Michelle Howard of Newnan and Renea Beavers (Michael) of Whitesburg; his granddaughter Hannah Beavers; and his siblings, Kathleen Proctor Reynolds of Newnan, Charlene Bunn of Hogansville, Betty Hammett of Hogansville, Ann Morrow of Newnan, Tereasa Rakestraw of Newnan, Larry Howard of Newnan, Barney Howard of Hogansville and Dan Howard of Newnan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wellstar West Georgia Hospice in Mr. Howard's memory.
