Gregory Michael Gantt Obituary

Gregory M. Gantt left us suddenly on July 7, 2024. He graduated from Riverdale High School and was a life long resident of Newnan, GA.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Gantt; grandparents, Quinton, Katherine Chambers, and Bernice Gantt; and uncle, Ronald Chambers.

Gregory's biggest joys were racing motorcycles and riding dirt bikes, watching college football and all sports, and caring for his father, Charles, who struggled with Parkinson's Disease.

He leaves behind his mother, Patricia Chambers Gantt; Michael Chambers and Paul (Carolyn) Gantt; and many other family and friends.

He is deeply loved and will be missed by many. Rest in Peace, Gregory.

“I was there when they brought home the hospital with those boney legs. I would take you to see my girlfriends, your first haircut at Johnnys across from Bumhower Service station. You did not want any part od it so I help your head while my brother Ronnie lectured you on why you needed a haircut. Luckily it wasn't too short minus a few gaps. I took you to your first Santa Claus in a trailer in 5 Points WEST and you screamed the whole time. Rest in peace Greg Uncle Mike misses you.”
