He was predeceased by: his wife Dixie Kimsey; his son Joe Kimsey; his brother Ed Kimsey; and his daughter-in-law Carla Kimsey. He is survived by: his children, Jay Kimsey of Newnan, GA, Jami Tomlin (Jerry) of Athens, AL and Jeff Kimsey (Holly) of Dalton, GA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
