She is survived by: her children, Joe Spivey, Jr. (Rhonda), Angie McCarty (Rickie), Debbie Roberts (Mike), Travis Spivey and Shelia Barber (C. L. Palmer); and her sister Katie McKoy. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
