He was predeceased by: his parents, William Louis Sweitzer and Marjorie Woodbury Sweitzer; his brother John Sweitzer; and his daughter-in-law Marianne Morris Sweitzer (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hendrix Sweitzer; his sister Laura Foster (Byron) of Milton, GA; and his children, Sandra Sweitzer Anderson (Rick) of Key West, FL, Elizabeth Sweitzer Noller (Glen) of Newnan, Scott Sweitzer (Leslie) of Mooresville, NC and Brent Sweitzer (Kristen) of Suwanee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
