She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Frasier; and her parents, Jasper William Sturgeon and Mary Lovie Walters Sturgeon. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ledford of Jefferson and Dennis Frasier of Sharpsburg; her grandchildren, Paige Wood Blankenship, Christopher Wood, Matt Frasier and Michael Frasier; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Frasier and Austin Frasier.
