He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Azell and Lella M. Williams; and his siblings, Joe Louis and Dorothy Ann. He is survived by: his sons, Frederick D. (Pamela) of Elkridge, MD and Timothy A. of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Lauryn M. and Jonathan M; his brothers, Frank Williams (Earlene) of Fayetteville, GA and Calvin Williams (Delores) of Saginaw, MI; and his siblings-in-law, Emma Grace Swain of Brockton, MA, Nadine Booker of Pavo, GA and Bishop Thomas S. Lee, Jr. (Ella) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Due to COVID-19 concerns everyone in attendance at the viewing and the church will be asked to wear a mask.
