He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean Belle; his son Steven Wesley Kelly; and his girlfriend Mary Moran. He is survived by: his daughter Gail Kelly Flanagan of Augusta; and his grandchildren, Kelcey Flanagan, Lauren Flanagan Oswald, Skye and Wolfie Flanagan Oswald.
