He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Smith and Verda Mae Smith; and his brother Larry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kim Smith (Williams); his sons, Kevin Smith (Brooke) and Ben Smith (Alicia); his grandchildren, Zach Smith, Macy Smith, Haylee Smith and Hudson Smith; his sister Patty Snider; and his siblings-in-law, Royce Williams and Alice Bowden (Allen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
