He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Michael Douglas Middleton (Fallon), Alan Ray Middleton (Morgan) and Stephanie Bennett (Barry Jr.); his stepsons, David Scott Thompson and Clinton Robert Thompson (Janelle); his daughter Davin Thompson; his grandchildren, Mikaela Hughes, Charlie Middleton, Trevor Middleton, Camron Bennett, Emma and Travis Inguanta; his great grandchild Waylon Middleton; and his sisters, Pam Ernst (Chris) and Kendall "Kaye" Baker (Glen). He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
