He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Jacks Creel-Dawes; his sisters, Dianne Jacks Quinn (Dale) and Debbie Jacks Payne (Sammy); his grandchildren, Kyndal Michelle Creel, Karly MaClaire Creel (Chuck) and Kamden Lee Dawes; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Grace Dancy, Charles "Carter" Dancy, Kallen Makell Creel, Blakely Ann Jackson, Baylor Shawn Jackson and Charles Clayton Dancy, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
