He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Heard and Elerleen Heard. He is survived by: his wife Susan Causey Heard; his children, Chris Heard (Jen) and Brett Heard (Catie); his grandchildren, Hunter Heard (Camille), Tyler Heard (Georgia), Rebecca Thornton (Todd), Barrett Heard, Parker Stanhagen, Peyton Stanhagen, Cameron Ward and Carter Ward; his great grandchildren, Asher Thornton, Kai Thornton and Wilkes Heard; and his brother James Heard (Kay). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
