She is survived by: her mother Joann Butler; her children, John Smith of Jefferson, GA and Angel Smith of Newnan; her significant other Tim Aldrich; her stepson Dwayne Smith (Barbara); her siblings, Nancy Edwards (Eugene), Dianna Cheatham (James) and Frank Butler (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Levi James Duarte and Dakota Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
