We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2019, at the age of 91, Dawn S Duncan (Newnan, Georgia), born in White Plains, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Howard E. Congdon; and her children, Jay Congdon, Jill Congdon and Jan Marshall.
For those who would like to honor her memory, in lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to CAREing Paws a charity that works with registered therapy animals to visit nursing homes, hospitals and many other places to raise the spirits of those in need.
