He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Smith Scott Modrack and William Summerville Scott. He is survived by: his stepfather Cyril Modrack; his wife Mary Louise Scott of Newnan; his children, Felicia Steves of Moreland, Melinda Wrighter of Newnan and Billy Joe Hughes of Thomaston; and his brothers, William Summerville Scott, Jr. of Newnan and Bruce Modrack of Arizona. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren.
