He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Francis Cowgill and Lilye Elis Cowgill (Hayden); his sister Jean C. Lasky; and his cousin Denny Ciganovic. He is survived by: his wife Edwina Cowgill (Evans); his stepchildren, Kimberly Anne Moss (Steven) and Anthony Kyle Bond (Angela); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Kyle Bond-McGee, Maverick Grant Bond and Maxwell Gunnar Bond; his brother Bruce Cowgill (Pat); and his close friend Mark Trasport (Jackie). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
