He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Garner Sr. (Bill) and Cathryn Mozley Garner; and his brother Phillip Lee Garner. He is survived by: his brother Roy Mozley Garner of Newnan; his sister-in-law Beverly S. Garner of Newnan; his nephews, David Garner (Tammy) of Newnan, Scott Garner (Jennifer) of Oklahoma City, OK and Seth Garner (Lara) of Willard, UT; his niece Dana Garner Chapman (Greg) of Dawsonville, GA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hillary Garner Keene (Dylan) of Newnan, Abbey Garner of Newnan, Elizabeth Cooper of Willard, UT, Beklee Chapman of Dawsonville, GA, Owen Garner of Wichita, KS, Corbin Chapman of Dawsonville, GA and Huxton Chapman of Dawsonville, GA.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McKoon Funeral Home (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McKoon Funeral Home Chapel (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263).
