It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Marion Hand of Newnan, Georgia, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Iris Webb Hand and Gloria Mae Fernander Hand. He is survived by: his children, Stanley E. Hand (Pamela) of Newnan and Nancy Hand Hepler of Indiana; his sister Dorothy Flowers; his grandchildren, Brandon D. Hand (Rachel) and Carrie Richards; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Hepler, Raven Hepler, Daelyn Dawson, Presleigh Hand and Isabella Hand.
