It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Bragg in Newnan, Georgia, born in Shelbyville, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Melcher and Katherine Melcher; her sister Janet Jackson; and her husband Kenneth Gene Bragg, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Ken Bragg, Jr. (Patti) and Scott Bragg (Darla); her brother Rev. Kent Melcher (Julie); her grandchildren, K. G. Bragg, III, Katie Moore (Adam), Michael Bragg (Caroline) and Alex Bragg (Maura); and her great grandchild Charlotte "Lottie" Bragg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to I58 Mission, whose ministry is designed to care for those in Coweta, Fayette, Spalding, and Meriwether Counties by meeting physical needs and showing the love of Christ.
