She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lowe; her children, Tresia Higgins, Daniel Higgins and Jeffrey Higgins; her grandchildren, Kayla Ervin, Cody Norris, Elizabeth Norris, Matthew Sluder, Stephanie Sluder, Aiden Higgins, Kristian Higgins and Jessica Overhoiser; and her sister Faye Hayes.
