He was predeceased by: his parent Zeddie L. Phillips; and his siblings, Jacqueline Smith and Terry Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Videra Smith Phillips of Newnan, GA; and his brothers, Barry Phillips of Newnan, GA and Chester Phillips (Ann) of Newport, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Chapel (1 Bullsboro Dr, Newnan, GA 30263). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at the Oak Hill Cemetery (96 Jefferson St, Newnan, GA 30263).
