We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2023, at the age of 74, Bill R. Dover of Newnan, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Dover and Jean Dover; his children, Meredith Diane and William Clark; and his father-in-law Gerald Herrin.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Herrin; his son Joel (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Megan, Jake and Allison; his sisters, Susan Drye (Gaylan), Brenda Evans and Fran Barton (Ron); and his sisters-in-law, Denise Moody (Charles), Lou Anne Erdman (Rich) and Jane Dickens (Tom). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
