She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Irizarry and Rosa Julia Milan. She is survived by: her husband Ramon Alberto Perez; her sons, Dr. Jose Perez (Mercedes Gonzales-Williams) and Carlos Alberto Perez; her sister Awilda Irizarry-Milan; her grandchildren, Dr. Gabriel J. Perez (Karlie), Mercedes Woodyard (Bradley), Dr. Javier J. Perez, Dr. Rafael J. Perez (Lauren), Litza Sofia Perez and Ian Carlos Perez; and her great grandchildren, Isabela Perez, Eliana Woodyard and Thomas R. Perez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
