She is survived by: her sons, Scott Campbell (Mitzi Campbell), Greg, Chris and Trae Moore; her brother Wayne Martin (Stacy Martin); her close friend Mary Jayne; her caregiver Michelle Howell; her husband William "Bill" Moore; her parents, Bruce Martin and Helen Martin; and her siblings, Jim Hinds and Lou Ann Garner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
