It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter A. Newton of Newington, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on April 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Melvin C. Newton; his sister Marcy N. Windham; and his brother-in-law Harvey Windham. He is survived by: his wife Connie Scott Newton; his children, Karen Page, Karla Gnann (Allen), Scott Newton (Becky) and Keith Page (Cristin); his grandchildren, Kourtnee Pierson, Kristian Page, Kacee Page, Hunter Kollinger (Nick) and McKenna Warren; his great grandchild Malachi Newton Kollinger; and his siblings-in-law, Donald, Brenda Scott, Bobbie, Robert Fruitticher, William and Mary Lana Scott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
