He is survived by: his wife Patricia Januchowski; his children, Dorothy F. Kay, Susan E. Olsen, Gary M. Januchowski and Eric P. Januchowski; and his sister Carolyn Velazquez. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
