He is survived by: his pet Rudy; his sister Ellen (Bill Davis); his sons, Glenn (Karie Leigh Sams), Eric (Ashli Sams), Graham (Malia Sams) and Christopher (Cory Sams); his grandchildren, Levi (Hannah Sams), Christian Sams, Evan Sams, Abrey Sams, Carter Sams, Gavin Sams and Andrew Sams; his stepgrandchildren, Hollie Wines and Leighton Wines; and his great grandchild John Parker Sams. He is also survived by friends and family.
