Dobbs of Newborn, GA; his children, Tina Dover, Charlotte Johnson, Bryan McGiboney, Amanda McGiboney and Diana Jackson; his aunts, Joan Dobbs and Eris Dobbs; his siblings, Nancy Aycock, Phillip Dobbs and Chalmers Dobbs; his mother-in-law Evelyn Weaver; and his siblings-in-law, Robin, Sheri and Bob. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
