He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Nell Reagin and Fredrick Hill, Sr.; and his wife Linda E. Hill. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Wesley Hill (Toni) of Covington, Jason Howard Hill of Newborn, Robert Ray True (Tracy) of Adairsville, Kimberly Leona Epps (Christopher) of Toccoa and Tracy Bloom (Donald) of Covington; his siblings, Andrew Jones Hill of Lithonia, Thomas Anthony Hill of Covington, Nancy Catherine Barandon of Tampa and Nelda Hill Champagne (Andre') of Hampton; and his grandchildren, Johnny Epps, Emma Epps, David True, Tristen Hill, Angelina Hill, Ella Hill and Sadie Hill.
