We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2019, at the age of 58, Charlene Ruth Purvis (Nevils, Georgia), born in Savannah, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Harrison Anchors. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Lester Purvis of Nevils, GA; her children, Blake Allen of Statesboro, GA, Billy Purvis, Mary Powell of Statesboro, GA and Rebecca Griggs; her father Oliver Thomas "Tom" Anchors, Jr.; and her brothers, Steven Anchors of Savannah, GA and Kenneth Anchors. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
