With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ruth Edmondson of Nelson, Georgia, who passed away on April 14, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Alexandra Edmondson Martinez; her husband James G. Edmondson of Nelson; her siblings, Charles, Thomas Holcomb and Margaret Cagle; and her parents, Greeley Holcomb and Jewel Holcomb.
She is survived by: her son J. L. Edmondson of Jasper; and her granddaughter Kelley Edmondson Beiboer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to K-9's for Warriors or to other veterans charities.
