She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Wyck and Ruth Asbill Salter. She is survived by: her husband James Roger Hastings of Valdosta, Georgia.; her children, Van R. Hastings (Dot) of Valdosta, GA and Mary Kathryn Pacey (Mark); her grandchildren, Van R. Hastings, Jr. (Tricia), Jonathon W. Hastings (Chrissy), Ashley B. Stoops (Nathan) and Devin C. Thigpen Nashville (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Celia, Zoe, Audrey and Liam; her sister Ruth Salter Futch; her nephews, Barry Futch (Tonita) and Brian Futch; and her close friends, Jamie, Pat and Felecia.
