He is survived by: his wife Lavern Shurtleff of Ray City, GA; his daughter Chloe Sky Shurtleff of Ray City, GA; and his brothers, Clyde Woody of Nashville, GA, Donald Woody of Nashville, GA and Several. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.
