He is survived by: his wife Betty Green Austin of Nashville; his children, Karen Abshire (Terry) of Jacksonville, FL, Tammy Milam (Larry) of Jacksonville, FL, Terra Jones (Pastor Chris) of Lake City, FL, Terry Austin, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Billy Austin (Elaine) of Jacksonville, FL and Byron Powell (Rachel) of Summerville, SC; and his siblings, Nancy Banks (David) of Jacksonville, FL and Ricky McLeod (Jayne) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
