She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlie Durrance and Lillie Mae Connell; her husbands, Daniel Nelms, Ray Huffman and John Lamar Sellars; her sons, Mickey Nelms and Gary Nelms; and her stepmother Victoria Howard Durrance.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Miller of Nashville and Gene Nelms (Becky) of Germantown, TN; her daughters-in-law, Linda Nelms of Nashville and Susan Nelms of Nashville; and her siblings, Carroll Durrance of Nashville, Leon Durrance of Nashville, Christine Shellhouse of Oxford, Willene Kalick of Tucson, AZ and Martha Nell Dalhouse of Metarie, LA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and a great great grandson.
