He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willene Morris and Don Simmons. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Lee Morris and Donna Rae Simmons Morris of Nashville; his sisters, Hannah Wilcox (Mitchell) of Ludowici and Kristin Morris (Reggie Powell) of Nashville; his grandparents, Bonnie Simmons of Nashville, Melvin Morris of Nashville and Lucy Bailey of Nashville; his nephews, Stelphon, Everett and Emmett; his aunts and uncles, David Simmons of Nashville, Chris (April Simmons), Joan (Jo Catalino), Margaret (Rob Valenza), Roho (Jennifer Morris) and Michele (Ray Garner); and his close friend Lacey Stone of Douglas. He is also survived by many great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Sam Morris Wrestling Scholarship at Berrien High School or Coffee County High School.
