She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Nellie Raulerson Smith; and her sister Kay Smith (Linda Smith). She is survived by: her husband Edward Ezell of Nashville; her sons, Travis Douglas (Christina) of Florida, John Ezell (Amanda) of Lakeland and Edward Ezell (Ashley) of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Edward Ezell, III, Isaiah Douglas, Naylan Ezell, Kylan Ezell, Marise Ezell, Blake Ezell, Addie Hovinga, Levi Ezell, Mikayla Ezell, John Ezell, Jr., Robert Ezell and Taylor Ezell; her siblings, Johnny Smith of Florida, Debbie Penia of North Carolina, Angie Vaughn of Ray City and June Carroll of Mississippi; and her niece Haley Page of Nashville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
