He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Darlene Kilpatrick Whaley of Nashville; his children, Kim Tinsley (Allen) of Valdosta, Angie Hall (Terry) of Moultrie, Travis Hall of Enigma and David Hall (Caroline) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Carmen Mosley, Cody Henderson, Ryan Hall, Cheyenne Hall, Courtney Purvis, Hunter Hall and Karson Warren (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Brantley, Hazel, Luke, Addison, Braydon, Dawson and Austyn Rose; and his niece Robin Parks (Gary).
